Why evaporative cooling for large spaces
In large spaces with doors that open and close all day, refrigerated air conditioning can be very costly. Evaporative cooling gives you 100% fresh air, low-cost cooling and low maintenance, without drying out your employees’ skin and sinuses the way air conditioning does.
Breezair installation and service
We recommend and install Breezair evaporative coolers: corrosion-proof cabinets that won’t rust, fade or discolor, reliable pumps, a non-clogging water distribution system, intelligent water management that keeps the system clean, and long-lasting, easy-to-clean pads.
With evaporative cooling, the air needs to vent back outside, which helps the cooling and keeps humidity from building up. We design the air distribution and venting along with the coolers, and service and winterize existing units.

Josh and his crew (Oscar and Levi) came out to install my new water heater and repipe my entire home. It was 3 days and they did a fantastic job! I will add that my drywall guy came to make some repairs and he also said they did a fantastic job! Thank you again to the entire team!

Smelled gas when we were unhooking the stove, called Drake they immediately sent Thomas out. Make sure you don’t lose him, he’s a keeper. He took care of the problem, we’re good to go.

We had an excellent experience with Drake Mechanical. We needed a wine cellar AC split system repaired and they were able to help us out (apparently this requires a specialist). We appreciate their timely and professional repair.

This is the second time Bryce has done repairs on my AC. He is so kind & knowledgeable and is thorough in explaining the issue and how it is being fixed. AC units are too expensive to replace & I appreciate that Bryce found other solutions.

Common questions
Have a question that isn’t here? Call us any time at (208) 362-6200.
Is evaporative cooling a good fit for a warehouse?
Often, yes. For large spaces, especially with doors that open and close all day, evaporative cooling delivers 100% fresh air at a fraction of the cost of refrigerated air, with low maintenance. Air needs to vent back outside, which also keeps humidity from building up.
Does a swamp cooler need to be winterized?
Yes. Before the first freeze, the water supply should be shut off and drained, the pan drained and cleaned, and the cooler covered or the duct sealed so warm air doesn’t escape all winter. In spring it needs to be started back up and checked. We do both.
Do you offer commercial maintenance plans?
Yes. Our Right Size approach builds a maintenance plan around your property, equipment and budget. We visit, assess your buildings and equipment, and set a schedule that fits how your business runs, so repairs and maintenance cause as little disruption as possible.
