Stainless steel process piping in a plant

Air where you need it

Well-designed compressed air piping delivers clean, dry air to every tool and process without pressure drops, leaks or water in the lines, and it keeps your shop organized and safe.

Piping, dryers and filters

HDPE air piping stands up to weather, rocks and other problems that steel piping won’t. For Seminis Seed in Nampa, we ran it underground between buildings so they could feed several buildings without buying more compressors. We also install black threaded and copper air piping, breathing air piping for paint booths, quick disconnects and filters, and hose reels in the right places so nobody winds up air hoses by hand.

Moisture-removing equipment such as air dryers and automatic blow-downs gives you clean, dry process air for conveyors, food processing, packaging and breathing air, and we service and repair it.

Josh and his crew (Oscar and Levi) came out to install my new water heater and repipe my entire home. It was 3 days and they did a fantastic job! I will add that my drywall guy came to make some repairs and he also said they did a fantastic job! Thank you again to the entire team!

Smelled gas when we were unhooking the stove, called Drake they immediately sent Thomas out. Make sure you don’t lose him, he’s a keeper. He took care of the problem, we’re good to go.

We had an excellent experience with Drake Mechanical. We needed a wine cellar AC split system repaired and they were able to help us out (apparently this requires a specialist). We appreciate their timely and professional repair.

This is the second time Bryce has done repairs on my AC. He is so kind & knowledgeable and is thorough in explaining the issue and how it is being fixed. AC units are too expensive to replace & I appreciate that Bryce found other solutions.

Common questions

Have a question that isn’t here? Call us any time at (208) 362-6200.

What kind of pipe should compressed air run in?

It depends on the application. HDPE air piping stands up to weather and rocks and can run underground between buildings; black threaded pipe suits many shops; copper is used where cleaner air matters. Breathing air for paint booths needs its own clean piping and filtration.

Why does compressed air need a dryer?

Compressing air concentrates the moisture in it, and that water ends up in your lines, tools and products. Air dryers, filters and automatic blow-downs give you clean, dry air for tools, conveyors, food processing, packaging and breathing air.

Do you offer 24/7 commercial service?

Yes. Emergencies don’t keep business hours, so a live person answers our phone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and we dispatch technicians for commercial and industrial emergencies day or night.
