Rooftop units, air handlers and economizers
We repair, replace and maintain rooftop heating and cooling units and package heat pumps, and air handlers of every size. Economizers bring in outdoor air for free cooling when it’s cool outside and fresh air year-round; we install, repair and set up their controls, from outdoor temperature to CO2 sensors and building automation.

How often should rooftop units be serviced?
At least once a year, and ideally before both the cooling and heating seasons. Idaho’s extreme heat and cold are when equipment breaks down, and a clean, properly running unit is less likely to fail then and costs less to run.
What is a waste oil heater?
A waste oil heater or furnace burns the used motor oil, gear oil and transmission fluid from your shop’s vehicles to heat the building, so you’re not paying to have that oil hauled away. We install new units and repair and maintain existing ones, including burners, pre-heaters and filters.
What does an economizer do?
When it’s cool outside, an economizer brings in outdoor air instead of running the cooling, which is essentially free cooling and lower utility bills. It also brings fresh air into the building. Economizers can be controlled by outdoor temperature, the building automation system or CO2 sensors.
