Commercial HVAC Installer
Drake Mechanical is seeking an Experienced and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with HVAC systems service and installation and have a passion for delivering high-quality service.

You will continuously sharpen your skills through the various responsibilities included in servicing and installing residential & commercial heating and cooling equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and other heating and cooling equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues with HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with other technicians and tradespeople as needed for comprehensive property maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience, particularly.
- Certification: Journeyman license, Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA certification, state license) preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to read technical diagrams, with hands-on experience using HVAC tools and equipment.
- Tools: Handling and maintaining your own basic tools
- Problem-solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to address and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in diverse environmental conditions.
- Team Player: Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other professionals.
- Service Titan: Experience Preferred – or willingness to learn.
