How often should my air conditioner be serviced?
Once a year, ideally in spring before the summer heat. Treasure Valley summers are hot and dry, and dust clogs coils and drain lines faster than most people expect.
Should I repair or replace my air conditioner?
If your AC is fairly young and the repair is reasonable, repair it. If it’s older, uses the phased-out R-22 refrigerant, needs repairs every summer, or the repair costs a large share of a new system, replacing it is often the better value. Your technician will show you both options. New cooling equipment comes with our One-Year Buy-Back Guarantee.
