Josh and his crew (Oscar and Levi) came out to install my new water heater and repipe my entire home. It was 3 days and they did a fantastic job! I will add that my drywall guy came to make some repairs and he also said they did a fantastic job! Thank you again to the entire team!

We were having low water pressure from our kitchen faucet and tried changing the cartridge and the wand and a few other things with no success. Thomas Conley came out and fixed problem within an hour. Now our water pressure is back to normal and we are extremely happy. Thomas is very professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with Drake Mechanical

Common questions
Have a question that isn’t here? Call us any time at (208) 362-6200.
Is mobile home plumbing and HVAC different from a regular house?
Yes. Manufactured homes use furnaces and water heaters rated specifically for them, and their water and sewer piping runs under the home where it needs to be secured and protected from freezing. Our team works on these systems regularly and installs parts and equipment rated for manufactured homes.
Do you install furnaces in mobile and manufactured homes?
Yes. Manufactured homes need furnaces built and approved for them, and we install and service both gas and electric models, including Coleman and Intertherm units.
How do I keep pipes under my mobile home from freezing?
Make sure the skirting is intact and vents are closed for winter, insulate exposed pipes, and use heat tape on lines that need it. If a pipe has frozen, shut off the water and call us before it thaws and leaks.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for plumbing, heating and air conditioning emergencies. Call or text (208) 362-6200.
